After a late night arrival, I was thrilled to find my cozy double room waiting with a warm vibe and a comfy bed. While there, I enjoyed relaxing in the nice garden area and taking advantage of the lovely rooftop terrace for some fresh air. The only hiccup was the shower pressure wasn't the strongest, but it didn't take away from my overall experience.

Warm and professional welcome. Excellent english is spoken on reception. Rooms were spacious. Bathroom was of a very good standard. Hotel is in a good location for transport.

Excellent location for transportation, strong shower pressure, daily market experience
The cleanliness of the surrounding neighborhood could significantly improve!!! Noise from street vendors during the night detracted from my experience. WiFi access was spotty at times.

Easy to go central. I like one fridge to room. ;)
The next room air condition external box is too noisy it's bearing (cuscinetto) when use the balcony for a drinking wine. The own room air condition ext box are good.

It was really hot in the city (In July) but the room was comfortably chilly and quiet. Air conditioning worked perfectly! You can get easily taxi to the airport or travel by train for example to Pompei.

I was delighted by the excellent location just off the central railway station. The friendly staff were always willing to assist, providing helpful tips about local markets and transportation.
Surrounding area felt unsafe.

I broke my leg in Naples and the staff were great.
The area didn't feel safe initially. I found it difficult to negotiate stairs but I was permitted to use a lift but I still had to worry about some steps still.

Good location close to the centralstation And the old town.
They failed to accept payment by card. Luckily we had cash for the one night. Breakfast was acceptable. Yet a bit annoying of service.
